Drive.VolumeName (Property)

Access to the volume name of the drive.

Availability:

JScript - 3.0
Internet Explorer - 4.0
Property/method value type:String primitive
JavaScript syntax:IEmyDrive.VolumeName

If the disk drive supports volume naming, this may be an alternative way to identify a disk drive as opposed to the DriveLetter property value.
