Layer.clip.bottom (Property)

The bottom edge of a layer's clip region.

JavaScript syntax: N myLayer.clip.bottom

N myRect.bottom

This defines the bottom edge of the clip region. You could modify this in a loop to create a vertical downwards wipe transition effect.
